No. NAAC does not assess placement outcomes at all — it measures teaching, research, infrastructure and governance. Use the placement tools for outcomes, and treat the two as separate questions.
Not automatically. Accreditation is voluntary and requires a graduated batch, so genuinely new institutes cannot hold it. What matters is that some verifiable quality signal exists — regulator approval, university affiliation, faculty credentials.
