SNAP 2026

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is the single entrance examination for postgraduate management programmes across Symbiosis International (Deemed University). A SNAP score is the only route into SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, SIIB, SIBM Bengaluru and the other constituent institutes, which together make Symbiosis one of the most sought-after private management groups in India. SNAP is deliberately short and fast. Sixty questions must be answered in sixty minutes, which leaves an average of one minute per question and makes speed and composure as important as knowledge. The paper is computer based and carries four sections: General English (10 questions), Analytical & Logical Reasoning (20), Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (20), and Ethics, Morality and Values (10). A mark of 0.25 is deducted for each incorrect answer. The university conducts SNAP on multiple dates in December, and candidates can take up to three SNAP tests. If multiple tests are taken, the higher score is considered. Registration for the test is separate from programme registration, and candidates must pay a programme registration fee for each programme in addition to the test fee.
